Club Rules and T&Cs

Membership

Membership is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits are personal to the named member and are non-transferable.

Memberships cannot be shared, resold or assigned to another individual.

Included Services

Members receive five award-winning services, redeemable over a six-month period from the date of activation.

Unused services expire after six months and cannot be carried forward.

Services hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for alternative treatments unless agreed by management.

Priority Booking

Members receive priority booking with their preferred stylist wherever availability permits.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate requests, appointments remain subject to stylist availability.

Members' Lounge

Members enjoy access to the West and Hunter Members' Lounge during business hours.

Management reserves the right to restrict access during private events, maintenance or exclusive functions.

The lounge is intended as a relaxed environment and members are expected to treat fellow members, staff and guests with courtesy and respect.

Member Events

Membership includes invitations to selected private events, networking evenings and social gatherings.

Certain events may have limited capacity and require advance booking.

West and Hunter reserves the right to amend event schedules throughout the year.

West and Hunter Collection

Members receive one complimentary product from the West and Hunter Collection upon joining.

The complimentary product is selected from qualifying products and is subject to availability.

Refreshments

Members benefit from preferred pricing on selected refreshments available within the Members' Lounge.

Availability may vary.

Appointment Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the booked service.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also incur the full service charge.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of membership privileges.

Membership Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

Membership may not be cancelled part-way through the membership period except where required by law.

West and Hunter reserves the right to terminate membership where conduct is abusive, disruptive or inconsistent with the values of the club.

Membership Renewal

Members will receive renewal invitations before their membership expires.

Renewal pricing may vary.

General

Membership benefits are subject to change as West and Hunter continues to develop new experiences and services.

West and Hunter reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary.
